What exactly do I do every day: As a solo UX designer in a one-day sprint, the journey begins with Research and Ideation, where I quickly gather insights on user needs and pain points to form a clear, functional concept. Moving to Wireframing, I sketch low-fidelity layouts, focusing on essential screens and navigation to ensure a smooth experience. After that, a Discussion with Product Managers helps align the goals and constraints, refining the design to meet project requirements. In Visual Design, I craft a cohesive, high-fidelity interface, incorporating brand colours and typography to create an appealing, functional look. With Prototype and Testing, I build an interactive model and conduct quick usability checks to identify potential issues. Finally, in Feedback and Iteration, I implement critical improvements based on feedback, ensuring a user-friendly experience within a tight timeframe.

Describe the role: I strive to create a user experience that goes beyond usability—one that drives business growth and supports my colleagues across teams. By designing user-friendly, intuitive interfaces, I help students and parents access essential information on the go, while institution administrators benefit from reduced frustrations and increased efficiency through streamlined workflows and automated tasks.

My work fuels product-led growth by making the product the face of the business, which helps marketing and sales teams in attracting and retaining customers. With a structured design process and comprehensive design system, I enable developers to work faster and more efficiently, providing clear design handoffs that simplify implementation. This also leads to fewer support calls, allowing the support team to focus on more complex issues. Additionally, I prioritize seamless onboarding experiences, helping new customers integrate our solutions smoothly. By integrating AI-driven enhancements, I’m helping transform the student learning experience, adding value for educational institutions and positioning the product for long-term success.
