As Chief Experience Officer (CXO), Chaminda leads Global Marketing, Digital & Experience, University Lifecycle Technology, Product, Pricing, Proposition Innovation and Student Recruitment for RMIT University. His diverse experience includes having worked with iconic organizations such as ANZ, EnergyAustralia, Aviva, Zurich and Ford Motor Company across the US, UK, Asia, and Australia. His approach is underpinned by developing high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative organizational culture focused on customer-centricity that can thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Dr. Arnel Onesimo is the Vice-Chancellor for Administration of De La Salle University, Eminent academician, beloved professor, and noteworthy researcher, Dr. Arnel Onesimo has left his mark on the scholastic world. As a valued member of the global, cross-cultural entrepreneurship research group, he studies personal value systems of cultures and generations. His impactful research in the field of Management Accounting focuses on the nature of cost behavior and its various implications to company flexibility, competitiveness and sustainability.
Currently, Dr. Onesimo presides as the Associate Professor of Accountancy and Vice-Chancellor of Administration at the prestigious De La Salle University, Manila. Prior to this, he has held numerous other senior administrative positions within the institution such as Chief Compliance Officer, Vice Dean for Research and Graduate Studies of the RVR College of Business, Chair of the Accountancy Department and Business Management Department, and Graduate Studies Director.
Since 2014, Onesimo has served as the Chair of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the Technical Committee on Accountancy in the Philippines, having been part of its Regional Quality Assurance Team since as early as 2005. To add to this, he is also a member of the Philippine Interpretations Committee under the Financial Reporting Standards Board. Another designation he proudly owns is that of Chief Assessor in the ASEAN Quality Assurance Network (AUN-QA).
