Transportation Module

The intuitive tool was engineered to help institutes manage the transport process end-to-end, including creating several boarding points and marking attendance for each passenger.

Route Management

Camu ensures every route within the campus-to-passenger radius is optimized and leveraged to the fullest, ensuring shorter but safer travel durations. 

By accessing the Transport Module, institutes can view and keep track of various important parameters such as route name, route number, vehicle registration number, the capacity of the registered vehicle, fuel consumption, etc. 

The authorized user will also be able to add a route, edit the existing record of a route, and delete a particular record. 

To add a new route, one must simply fill in the particulars mentioned above. After which, they can add a number of boarding points with time, along with SMS alert points. When the vehicle departs, a message will be sent to the passengers. 

The GPS allows for real-time tracking of vehicles, enabling parents and students to pinpoint the exact locations through the MyCamu App. Furthermore, view the routes and vehicles available across locations A to B. 

Note – management may assign a supervisor for each route if they wish to create another layer of governance. The designated person will be responsible for managing the vehicle from boarding point to arrival.

Once the supervisor starts the trip via the MyCamu App, the system will pull up a list of passengers available at each boarding point. After selecting ‘pick up’, the system will help in marking their attendance.

At the end of the trip, the system will generate a report with data on the total students picked and dropped, journey start time and end time.  

Vehicle Management 

Camu expertly oversees the maintenance, usage, and tracking of all vehicles within an institution’s fleet.

By accessing the Transport Module, institutes can access all relevant and mandatory details pertaining to each vehicle. This includes everything from vehicle type and vehicle capacity, to vehicle registration number and fuel consumption.

There is even a separate provision for trip details via the creation of a trip sheet. Here, the authorized viewer can access and update information regarding the trip date, start and end kilometer, driver details, fuel cost, and more.

Within log details, one can view the service type and insurance details of each vehicle and also add new records to the system by providing the required information to keep track of each activity. 

Along with this, reports can also be downloaded by routes, by section and by overdue!

Student Mapping

Camu maps students opting for transportation facilities with the quickest and most reliable routes.

Under Passenger Details, institutes can view the student’s name, boarding points, registered date, SMS alert status, and more. 

While adding a new passenger to the list, the authorized user can calculate and allot fee payments, and provide them with a discount percentage if required.
