Digitizing Higher Education with Camu’s Application Features

This update is smartly engineered to increase efficiency and productivity.

Application Form Builder

An application form builder is a versatile online tool that helps institutes create, customize, and publish a variety of forms. By doing so, they are able to save time, energy, money, and resources, which could be reoriented towards harvesting inbound leads.

Camu has recognized the merit of having an efficient form builder that easily and quickly collects relevant information (general details, academic transcripts, medical records) from applicants, thus simplifying the journeys of students, administrators, parents, and teachers alike.

An institute can curate its own application forms (online and offline) for each and every program and course that is being offered, based on the information the institution needs from prospective candidates. The Application Builder Function digitizes the paper-based process end-to-end and reduces the dependency on the back-end team.  

Camu’s bank of application form templates includes both a Standard Form and a Custom Form. With the latter, you can create your own template from scratch. Add multiple pages, sections, and blocks, as per the institution’s precise requirements.  

You can create a form by giving it a title, adding each parameter by selecting from the N number of available Camu fields and custom fields, entering as many values as needed, and deciding whether or not it should be a mandatory field.

The Errors Check function provides you with the list of errors in the application form and displays the set of mandatory fields that are not added/fields that are not marked as mandatory. With this information, you are ready to update the fields and save and finalize the application form.

Schedule the application online, and add the created application form to a program by linking it to the type of application from the created list of forms. Now, you can get the application link and embed it into the website!

This may sound like a time-consuming process, but in reality, it takes only a few minutes.
