Previously, email alerts from Camu were sent from generic email addresses like camusuport@octoze.com, which risked being ignored or lost in inboxes. Now, emails can be configured to appear as coming from the institution’s authorized personnel such as the Head of Department or Registrar, creating more trust and visibility.

Setup: Admins can configure this by navigating to: Communication -> Configuration -> Customer Email ID Configuration
