How do I set the domain for the Mobile app?
For iOS users:
Go to the iPhone settings. Type ‘mycamu’ in the search bar. Click on the ‘Server URL’ in the search result.
For android users:
If you are a registered user, open the MyCamu app. In the login page, Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right corner.

A new screen to enter the domain URL will appear. Enter the domain URL in the pop up screen and click on the ‘OK’ button to save the domain settings.

How do I login if I forgot the password?
If you are registered with a valid email id*, go to the ‘Log in’ screen and click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link.
Note* If your account is not registered with a valid email id, please contact your Institute’s administration office for support.
You will receive an email notification* with a new password to access the My Camu portal. You will be asked to change the password once you login with the new password for the first time.
Note* If you have not received the ‘new password email notification’ in your Inbox, then please check in other folders like Spam and Junk.

How do I get a Student / Parent pin to sign up?
To ‘Sign up’ My Camu as a Student / Parent, you will need a ‘Camu PIN’. This pin will be shared with you by your Institute / College. If you have not received the Camu pin, then please co-ordinate with your Institute’s administration office (or) Help desk.

How do I update my profile details?
The profile update access is usually enabled by the Institute’s administration department. Please contact your Institute’s administration office for profile update queries.
Following are the different domains based on the Geography / Institution:

- Vinayaka Mission University (VMU): http://vmuportal.camu.in
- Abroad: https://www.mycamu.com
How do I reset my password?
To change the MyCamu password, log in to your account and click on the ‘Password Reset’ button in the ‘Profile’ screen.
Upon clicking the ‘Password Reset’ button, a pop up screen with an option to enter the new password will appear. Enter the new password and click on the ‘Save’ button.
How can I take an Online assessment in My Camu?
Log in to your My Camu application. On the left menu, click on ‘Assessments’ module.
You can view both the current and upcoming assessment schedule. Click on the ‘Take exam’ button to start the current assessment.
