Attendance Dashboard
Camu’s smart and secure Attendance Dashboard allows academicians to effortlessly monitor student attendance on daily, weekly, or monthly bases. It highlights the Top 10 lowest attendance records, module-wise, enabling timely interventions to improve attendance.
Attendance Information Dashboard
The Attendance Information Dashboard offers a comprehensive snapshot of attendance data, facilitating faster decision-making for department heads. It also provides the flexibility to view or download reports by staff or students.
Student View
Admins can select ‘By Students’ within the dashboard and filter results by program, academic year, and semester. This generates a detailed list of students, searchable by name. Selecting a student reveals subjects, assigned teachers, attendance records, and attendance status options such as ‘present’, ‘absent’, ‘no attendance’, and ‘on duty’.
Staff View
Admins selecting ‘By Staff’ can choose between Attending Staff (faculty from other departments delivering lectures) or My Department Staff (faculty from the same department). They can filter by program, academic year, and semester and view associated students’ attendance under each faculty member.
Admission Dashboard
The Admission Dashboard serves as a centralized hub for enrollment data. It allows management to quickly review program offerings, total admissions, capacities, and pending applications, helping institutions refine admission strategies and processes.
Transcript Analysis Dashboard
This dashboard provides detailed insights from enrollment summaries to academic performance by grade. Searches can be customized by program, academic year, semester, and module. Faculty can view the top 5 students based on GPA and CGPA, either program-wise or subject-wise, along with pass/fail summaries to track and meet student goals effectively.
Timetable Holistic View Dashboard
The Timetable Holistic View Dashboard presents a weekly lecture plan filtered by program, academic year, semester, and department. Class statuses are color-coded for easy recognition:
Selecting a session shows details such as faculty, subject, course code, and timings. This dashboard exemplifies Camu’s commitment to continuous innovation and providing valuable institutional tools.
